How do I book a chauffeur?
Booking is simple. Contact us via WhatsApp, call us directly, or use the booking form on our website. Most bookings are confirmed within the hour.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, proms and events. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Are you available 24 hours a day?
Yes. CLA Luxury Voyage operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays.
Can I make a booking on behalf of someone else?
Yes. We regularly arrange transfers for clients booking on behalf of family members, colleagues or guests. Simply provide the passenger's details at the time of booking.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive full details including your chauffeur's name, vehicle, and estimated arrival time.
How do I get a price?
Contact us via WhatsApp, phone or our booking form and we will provide a personalised quote promptly. All quotes are transparent with no hidden charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated and left entirely to your discretion.
Are there any additional charges I should know about?
All quotes include standard parking, congestion charges, ULEZ charges and road tolls unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges such as extended waiting time will always be communicated to you in advance.
Is there a processing fee for card payments?
No surcharge is applied to consumer debit or credit cards issued within the UK or EEA. For corporate or non-UK/EEA cards a small processing fee may apply, which will always be communicated before payment is taken.
Which airports do you cover?
We cover all major UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Southampton, Farnborough and London City Airport.
Do you monitor flight times?
Yes. We track all flights in real time so your chauffeur is always ready when you land, even if your flight is delayed.
Is waiting time included?
Yes. Every airport transfer includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your actual arrival time, giving you plenty of time to clear customs and collect your luggage without any rush.
Will my chauffeur meet me inside the terminal?
Yes. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board, ensuring a smooth and stress-free welcome from the moment you land.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. We offer tailored corporate accounts for businesses requiring regular executive travel across Hampshire, London and beyond. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What are the benefits of a corporate account?
Corporate clients benefit from priority booking, consistent professional chauffeurs, monthly invoicing and a seamless travel experience tailored around your business needs.
Can you accommodate last minute corporate bookings?
Yes. We understand business travel can change at short notice. We do our best to accommodate urgent bookings subject to availability.
Do you provide invoices for business expenses?
Yes. All corporate journeys include full invoicing suitable for business expense claims and accounting purposes.
Can you arrange regular scheduled transfers?
Absolutely. We offer recurring scheduled bookings for executives who require consistent, reliable chauffeur support as part of their daily or weekly routine.
Do you handle airport transfers for corporate clients?
Yes. We cover all major UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and Southampton, with flight monitoring included as standard.
How do I set up a corporate account?
Simply contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email and we will arrange a consultation to discuss your travel requirements and put together a package suited to your business.
Do you provide transfers to cruise ports?
Yes. We offer premium port-to-door luxury for Southampton Cruise Terminal and Portsmouth International Port, with ample luggage space in our Mercedes V-Class.
How much waiting time is included for cruise transfers?
Cruise terminal and ferry collections include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled disembarkation time.
Can you help with large amounts of luggage?
Yes. Our Mercedes V-Class is ideal for cruise and group travel with generous luggage capacity. Please advise us of your luggage requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure the most suitable vehicle is assigned.
Do you offer luxury transfers to Europe?
Yes. We provide seamless door-to-door transfers to Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and beyond. We offer both Eurotunnel and ferry port transfers, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred way to cross the Channel.
Which European destinations do you cover?
We regularly travel to Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam, however we can accommodate a wide range of European destinations. Please contact us with your requirements and we will tailor an itinerary to suit you.
Do I need a passport for a European transfer?
Yes. All passengers must hold a valid passport for travel through the Eurotunnel or on a ferry crossing into Europe. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure all travel documents are in order prior to departure.
Do you handle all the Eurotunnel arrangements?
Yes. We take care of all Eurotunnel bookings and logistics on your behalf, so you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the journey.
Can you take me to the ferry port for travel to France?
Yes. As well as our Eurotunnel service, we provide chauffeur transfers to Portsmouth International Port for ferry crossings to France, including popular routes to Caen, Cherbourg, Le Havre and St Malo. We will drop you off in comfort and collect you on your return, handling all the logistics so you can simply enjoy the crossing.
How long does a European transfer take?
Journey times vary depending on your destination and chosen crossing method. We will provide a full itinerary and estimated travel times when you request a quote.
Is your European service pet-friendly?
Absolutely. We offer pet-friendly travel via both the Eurotunnel and Brittany Ferries ferry crossings from Portsmouth, allowing you to travel to the continent with your pets in the comfort of a private luxury vehicle.
Please note that both Eurotunnel and Brittany Ferries charge a small additional fee per pet, payable directly to them at the time of crossing. We will make you aware of this when arranging your journey.
Please also note that as of April 2026, EU pet passports are no longer valid for UK residents travelling to Europe. You will need a valid Animal Health Certificate (AHC) issued by your vet within 10 days of travel. All other pet travel documentation, including microchipping and rabies vaccination, remains the responsibility of the Client prior to departure.
Can we make stops along the way during a European journey?
Yes. We are happy to accommodate planned stops at your request, whether for rest, dining or sightseeing. Simply let us know your preferences when booking.
Is the European transfer service available for business travel?
Absolutely. Our European chauffeur service is ideal for executive and corporate travel, offering a productive, comfortable and stress-free alternative to airports and commercial transport.
Can I travel with extra luggage on a European transfer?
Yes. Our vehicles are well suited for long-distance travel with generous luggage capacity. Please advise us of your luggage requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure the most suitable vehicle is assigned.
Which areas do you cover for wedding chauffeur?
We cover all of Hampshire and the South Coast including Portsmouth, Fareham, Chichester, Winchester, Southampton and Havant.

Can we decorate the vehicle for prom?
Yes. Decoration is available on request to make your arrival even more memorable.
How many passengers can you accommodate?

Do you offer a meet and greet for prom arrivals?

Do parents need to be involved in the booking?
Yes. All prom bookings are made with a parent or guardian who will be the main point of contact throughout the process.
Are you available for both drop off and collection?
Absolutely. We can arrange both your arrival at the venue and your safe return home at the end of the evening.

Absolutely. We can plan your entire day around your event schedule, including arrival, departures and any additional stops required.
Do you offer group transfers for events?
Yes. Our Mercedes-Benz V-Class is ideal for small groups attending events together, travelling in comfort and style.
Can you arrange transfers to London venues?
Yes. We regularly provide transfers to London venues including The O2 Arena, Royal Albert Hall, Wembley and West End theatres.
Is waiting time included for events?
Yes. We monitor your event and schedule your chauffeur accordingly so you are never left waiting at the end of the evening.
Can you arrange a return journey late at night?
Absolutely. We operate 24 hours a day so whether your event finishes early or late, your chauffeur will be ready and waiting.
Can you recommend local restaurants or experiences?
Yes. As part of our service we are happy to suggest and assist with restaurant reservations and local experiences to complement your day or evening out.
What vehicles are in your fleet?
Our fleet includes the flagship BMW 7 Series for ultimate executive luxury, two Mercedes E-Class saloons, and a Mercedes V-Class for families, cruise transfers and group travel.
Are your vehicles well maintained? Absolutely. All vehicles are immaculately presented, regularly serviced and fully licensed. Your comfort and safety are our highest priorities.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Please let us know the age and weight of your child at the time of booking and we will ensure the appropriate seat is fitted.
Can I bring my own child seat?
Absolutely. If you prefer to use your own child seat, we are happy to store it safely and securely on your behalf until your return journey. Simply let us know at the time of booking and we will arrange this for you.
Can I request specific in-car amenities?
Yes. We can arrange refreshments and other amenities upon request. Please let us know your preferences when booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Which areas do you primarily serve?
Based in Havant, we provide bespoke chauffeur services across Winchester, Chichester, Petersfield and the New Forest. We regularly serve the most affluent postcodes in Hampshire and West Sussex.
Do you travel further afield within the UK?
Yes. We provide long-distance transfers across the UK. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to assist.
What is a VIP Concierge chauffeur service?
Our VIP Concierge service goes beyond simply driving. We handle every detail of your journey — from luggage assistance and meet and greet to restaurant reservations and itinerary planning.
What events do you cover?
We cover a wide range of occasions including Royal Ascot, Goodwood, theatre evenings, private dining, sporting events and exclusive parties across Hampshire and London.
Can you arrange multiple stops in one journey?
Absolutely. We plan your full itinerary around your schedule, accommodating multiple destinations in a single seamless journey.
Is the service available 24 hours?
Yes. Our VIP Concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accommodate your lifestyle and schedule.
Can you assist with luggage and personal items?

Can I book for a regular weekly schedule?

Do you offer a discreet service for VIP clients? Yes. Discretion and confidentiality are fundamental to our service. We are experienced in handling transfers for high-profile individuals and treat every client with the utmost privacy and respect.
How do you handle my personal data? Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your journey will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your journey will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your journey are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
What happens if CLA Luxury Voyage needs to cancel?
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. Where possible, we will arrange an alternative vehicle of equivalent or superior standard.
Can I change my booking after it is confirmed?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
